Big Mac Salad 

INGREDIENTS

 

3/4 cup ground beef (substitute with Beyond Meat for a vegan option)
1 small tomato, diced
1/2 small red onion, finely chopped

1/3 cup chopped pickles
2 cups iceberg lettuce, chopped Sesame seeds, for garnish

Burger Sauce/Dressing:
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise for a non-dairy alternative)
1-2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon vinegar or mirin
Pinch of salt

 

DIRECTIONS

1. Cook meat and drain any excess liquid and set aside to cool. 

2. In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt (or mayo), ketchup, sweet pickle relish, vinegar or mirin, and a pinch of salt until well combined.

3. In a large bowl, combine the chopped iceberg lettuce, diced tomato, chopped red onion, and chopped pickles.

4. Add the cooked ground beef (or Beyond Meat) to the salad. 5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss everything

together until well mixed. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top of the salad before serving.
